About the Odisha Public Service Commission Odisha Civil Services Examination
The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) conducts the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS) to recruit candidates into Odisha's state civil services. Aspirants prepare for the Preliminary Examination, written Main Examination and Interview/Personality Test according to the applicable OPSC notification.
The state-specific syllabus matters. Preparation should include Odisha-related history, geography, culture, economy, governance and current affairs wherever prescribed. Exact paper requirements, eligibility and vacancies should always be checked against the official OPSC notification.
